I am. I really want to find out what happens next.
This is great news. Matt must have been writing like a maniac to get chapters of both Team 8 and NoFP out almost simultaneously, and I for one am most appreciative! I’m really looking forward to seeing what is coming up in this chapter, and I’ll most likely have to go back and re-read up to chapter 35 so that I can remember everything again.

Can’t wait! Can’t wait!! Can’t wait!!! (In case you can’t tell, I’ve been hooked ;)). I read 1-25 or so in one night, and read the rest of them the next morning, this story is so good! Definitely, without question, the best ‘go back in time’ Harry Potter fic EVER, and all-together, one of the best fictions for any series ever (definitely within my top 5 or 6… they all just keep swapping spots so it’s hard to place x_x)
Hmmm… maybe allow a tad more formatting for posts? like carriage-returns??? lol. Just a thought.

I’m about to start 6 consecutive 90 hours weeks at work. My fiance got stuck on a trip, and will be delayed by two weeks.
But that’s okay, cause there will be some new NoPF. Awesome.
Yay!!! It might be sad, but I re-read NoFP two weeks ago … it’s such a quality story, one of those rare novels that I can just re-read over and over. Looking forward heaps to some new NoFP, thank you!

Not only he delivered a new Team 8 Chapter, has latest chapter of NoFP in beta, but the Team 8 meter is moving again. Three cheers for our Author Lord.
Good to see. And more progress on Team 8 yet, too? It really is like Christmas in April. With you releasing a NoFP chapter, does that mean you’re done the cleanup/plot hole filling you were doing before? I ask because I was going to go back and re-read the whole thing (for the, what is it, 5th time or something?) but wanted to wait until the cleanup was done or at least slowing.
Let’s see, tax season is ending and I will get back to having a life, my birthday is this week and a new chapter of NoFP. Not to mention I got to see Hank Jr for the first time yesterday. Life is on a roll….maybe I should play the lottery.

Most excellent, Chapter 15 of Team 8 was wonderful (though Jiryia was missing) and now there is another bar for Chapter 16 of Team 8! Even better, NoFP has gone to beta(s)! Celebrate good times, come on!

Well, the way Phoenixsong is set up, I can’t directly post it there. My PS beta has to do it. So I send the final version to her about the same time I post an alert on here and upload the chapter to the other sites. So, unless SiriusSeeker is home and online, Phoenixsong will probably display the chapter last.

I’m in need of a beta for my story and was wondering if I could nick one of yours, if they’re willing that is. My story tends to evolve around Xander Harris, same idea as yours, *coughs* although mine was taken from one of the EU books, he sends his soul back in time. Its Buffy: The Lost Slayer, an AU in the erm EU.

And I pretty much never answer PMs or emails that only ask when is the next chapter up. That’s why this site has the progress bars plug-in and a link to it is provided in my author profiles on every site I post to. The whole reason this site was established was because I was spending more time answering insistent emails than actually writing…
Oh, and I have no contractual hold on my betas. It’s up to them.

Well, I post on FFA and FF-net pretty much at the same time. Phoenix Song gets updated a little later because they don’t let authors upload directly there.

I am reminded of the scene where the kids in the back of a car keep asking, “Are we there yet?” No, we’re not. The beta process isn’t an exact science. There’s no way of knowing exactly how long it will take. There could be a lot of back and forth with the betas and Matt. All I know is the story will be great when it finally gets released.
In the meantime, you could be like me and try to finish up the first (or next) Chapter of your fic.
Or, why don’t we have a nice discussion about what we think will happen in chapter 36. What are your predictions?
Fudge finally get this chance to talk to Potter, Melissa’s killer makes a mistake that gives Harry a clue to their identity (My guess is Draco, or a person imperiorized by Draco), Wormtail’s goal become clearer (my guess would be using Dudley’s blood to initiate a resurrection, but with the willing help of the Dursley’s).
That is probably all very wrong.
Yea, I am very interested to see who this killer is. It would be interesting if it was Draco or someone using Draco. If it’s not Draco I have no idea who it could be. What other plots are being worked in the background. And is this all a prelude to Voldemort coming back.
I’d like to see the conversation between Fudge and Harry. I hope Harry brings his wand. >=)
Oh are we still waiting…. I have been offline for a week and hoped to find it up when I returned but instead find this thread with other fans waiting still as am I….. Well time to reread the last couple of chapters I guess and wait it out LOL…. I only know of pheonix song where this is posted did I read something about SIYE??? Is it also posted there?
