Team 8, chapter 13…
…is still proceeding. How long can one fight scene be? Don’t ask.
Got some bad news at work, Earthlink is doing some heavy downsizing (roughly half the workforce) as part of a reorganization. And both Lindsey and I will be turning in our badges on next Friday, 9/14.
This Friday, I’m doing another sleep study with a CPAP titration to find out what model of CPAP machine I need for my Apnea. If you snore much at all, you owe it to yourself to get a sleep study done. I was diagnosed Moderate-Severe, and I had no idea it was that bad. Not only do you get very little benefit from your sleep time, but Sleep Apnea can also lead to a host of complications. People using a CPAP machine for the first time often remark that they had no idea they were *supposed* to feel that good after sleeping.
I am actually a sleep tech if your cpap doesn’t work out try a cflex or a aflex from respironics both are great machines that allow you to breathe more easy. Also I can not wait until the next chapter I am hooked.

Sorry to hear about the Earthlink downsizing, I just got downsized from my job recently so I know the feeling. Looking forward to Team 8 13 and NoFP 35. I have no idea if I have Apnea but I am told I snore, alot, so with your advice I will see about getting checked out for sleep apnea.
