Healing Blood Okay...
Truth Embodiment Huh.
Darkness Embodiment Dude, what even--

Ms. Messiah/Ms. Hopeless: possibly the worst case of MPD ever.
Spoiler: show
Let me tell you a joke.

There once was a psychiatrist who had twin daughters. Molly was an incurable optimist, Kiera an incurable cynic. Molly always saw the best in people, Kiera always the worst. One day--

--they were caught in the crossfire of a hero/villain battle and shoved into the same body, simultaneously manifesting the powers of truth and darkness, and the combining of their bodies alongside superhuman energy gave their blood healing properties. Wait, you don't find that funny? Who would have thought.

We were given our powers for a reason.

Shut up Messiah. You just can't see the Truth of the matter.

***

Molly and Kiera Grey now live in the same body, which takes on a slightly different appearance depending on which twin is in charge at the time. Molly (Ms. Messiah) tends to glow white, whilst Kiera (Ms. Hopeless) simply becomes a shadow. On a sidenote, both twins were named by the other.

Despite the twins having different powers, both have some access to the abilities of the other whilst being "in charge". Ms. Messiah loves to help people and uses her powers to guide them to bettering themselves and making the right choices in life, as well as being able to see through all lies - but she can manifest darkness, although she tends to do this to enable people to confront the darkness in their hearts better.

Ms. Hopeless, meanwhile, believes the fundamental Truth of human nature is that all humans are bastards and just waiting for the right opportunity to screw someone over. She manipulates emotions to make people realise this distorted 'Truth', as well as the 'Truth' of the futility and meaninglessness of their own existence. These 'Truths' are made more convincing by taping into Ms. Messiah's powers but not showing the whole picture. Like Ms. Messiah, Ms. Hopeless cannot be lied to. Unlike Ms. Messiah, she tends to take attempts... badly. She has driven multiple people to suicide.

The twins currently have no affiliation to any organisation, since depending on affiliation, the organisation would want to suppress/destroy one of the twins - and whatever else has happened, the two are twin sisters and do care for one another.

Let's try again.

Killing Instinct
Velocity Manipulation
Law Creation

The Game Master (thread needed more geriatric villainesses)
Spoiler: show
Real Name: Unknown
Gender: Female
Age: 60s [exact age unknown]
Affiliations: Unknown/No one who is good news
Would you like to play a game, dear? Hee hee hee...
Game over!
[If you hear this, death is normally imminent.]

No one is quite sure where the Game Master comes from. What is known, however, is that she has an uncontrollable desire to kill - just for the hell of it. Once she has chosen a victim, the chances of them escaping are unlikely at best. For a period after choosing a victim (which can be anything from days to months, depending on how quickly she gets bored), Game Master will create unbreakable Laws which they must follow to win the 'game' and walk free. Needless to say, the odds are not stacked in their favour. Only a few individuals have ever escaped due to the Game Master's tendency to create new Laws when the Game seems to be going well for her victim. Survivors show, however, that she does have some twisted sense of 'honour', in that she will allow people to walk free if she feels they have 'beaten' her. Furthermore, she appears to follow her own rules within each game, although it is unclear if this is by choice or due to the nature of her powers.

The Game Master rarely uses her velocity manipulation abilities except for travel, believing that they take the challenge out of her games. However, she is very capable and has used them to escape heroes who attempt capture. Things aren't helped by the fact that she appears to look just like any kindly old grandma, meaning that people unaware of her true nature tend to make things difficult for those who try.

Due to her volatile nature, the Game Master is rarely involved with any group of villains, the last case being some years ago. In that case, half of the villains were killed when she got bored of the work.

I think that Lifeline would probably find "Ms. Hopeless" to be a laugh riot. Either that or just naive. And it's a pretty sad day when the resident lich has a brighter view on humanity as a whole than you do. Though he might point them in the direction of Yugi. One application of "De-Fusion" and they'd be able to go their separate ways uninhibited. After all, why have only one player when there could be two?

If Lifeline has ever encountered the Game Master, he's probably just stood in place until she got bored, or followed the "Laws" she'd set up to the absolute minimum. After all, he has eternity to wait her out.

This nation was founded on one principle above all else: the requirement that we stand up for what we believe, no matter the odds or the consequences. When the mob and the press and the whole world tell you to move, your job is to plant yourself like a tree beside the river of truth, and tell the whole world — "No, you move."

This is probably true, but I envision Game Master as going after non-powered individuals mostly, because they're "more entertaining". Hard to satisfy those killing instincts with an undead, immortal lich, eh?

Ms. Hopeless is indeed fairly laughable. Then again both sisters are somewhat caricaturish, certainly moreso than they ever were as unempowered humans. (They are inspired by an actual joke.) If they knew some way of separating existed, I'm sure they'd go for it.

Shadow Armor
Love Empowerment
Society Manipulation

The Black Knight of Love
Spoiler: show
A figure rumored to have existed in the middle ages, it is said that he travelled the lands fighting those who would deny the concept of courtly love. By himself he changed the face of Europe creating chivalry and the notion of courtly love. Most Historians dismiss him as fictional. A few however know the truth that the Knight is now imprisoned in the darkest halls to keep his powers from bursting forth and once again rewriting the society of humanity.

With the recent upsurge in Paranormal activity, a fear exists amongst these chosen few that a sufficiently powerful psychic could reach the Knight and give him the power to break free.

Using one of MEK's rolls.

Zerg Physiology
Time Lord Physiology
Elemental Cloning

The Huntress
Spoiler: show
Recording from an interview following the Origin Event NM001, date 02 February 2005:
"...she had appeared to us one day out of the blue, a beautiful creature with a primal air around her and something that called to our deepest part of our minds, some...thing made us look at her in awe. She was naked, wearing only body paint, but she was every bit as proud as a noble and as she spoke, we then knew that we had been visited by our Protector."

"A Protector?"

"Oh yes, she is the reason why Dream Eaters work...she creates nightmares to consume nightmares. She manifests as different spirits to better combat all that fall before her, and she...she needed my daughter to hunt a terrible nightmare that had escaped her eternal hunt in the paths of the dream world."

"So, you killed-"

"NO! No I didn't...she needed the sacrifice, my daughter agreed...she needed the sacrifice."
===============================================
The interview did not go anywhere after that, the man was obviously distraught over the incident, and our agents' time would be better served elsewhere. We need to hunt for this missing body.

Update 9 February: The father of Subject NM001-2003-DRE has passed away in custody, police ruled it as a suicide...except that he was going to be freed the next day. We have no idea what happened and our psionics are scared to go anywhere near the prison. Next time Agent Montana, don't ever pull Agents off of monitoring anyone involved with an origin event.

Update 19 May: This is Observation Post JPN-2, a girl matching the description of Subject NM001-2003-DRE has been spotted entering Aokigahara, soon after which, there were sounds of intense battling between armies of...creatures, which stopped an hour later with the girl walking out, heavily wounded. She looked directly at our monitoring system and nodded, only to crumble into dust. We are forwarding her updated physical description and images to agencies around the world on a hunch, she might have a bigger territory than the New Mexico Branch theorized.

She looks to be 16 years old with strong Native American features and wears traditional Navajo clothing. She also has odd designs draw on her which give of a soft glow. Her eyes are completely black, which is probably why she was usually seen with closed eyes up until now.

Update 25 December: We need to thank the Japan Branch, this is OP SYD-9, we spotted her heading to Ayers Rock in the company of a shaman. Three hours later, she walks away, without the shaman and looking heartbroken. We were making plans to visit the area to see what had happened, but she repeated her trick from Japan and look at us through the camera and shook her head. We then suddenly knew that whatever was there was bad news and that we should try to stop anyone from interfering with whatever was going on. HQ? Just who the hell is this girl?

Update 24 July 2010: This is HQ, she has made contact with the Hermit.

Update 24 July 2011: She left the Hermit's presence, "to continue the Hunt", in her own words.

Update 15 November 2012: Priority Alert! All classifications on The Huntress need to be updated to Class S! Satellites picked up a Kaiju Event near Hawaii, with another Emperor Shark. However, witnesses spotted The Huntress sitting on the beach waiting for it. Standing up as it breached the surface, she dived into the water, swimming towards it and then she seemed to vanish. However, the Emperor Shark quickly roared in pain as a seemingly endless number of...creatures jumped on it and began tearing it apart, almost in an attempt to weaken it for their larger brethren. The battle, which at one point had her appear once more, riding on the head of an equally massive thing, took the better part of an hour, ended with the Emperor Shark fleeing and her creatures giving chase.

Update 20 November 2012, an interview after Incident HAW-EMP-NM034:
"I'm tellin' ya, she somehow created the Zerg! She fought on a giant Ultralisk...that was made out of water!"

"Zerg?"

"Oh come on! Haven't you ever played Starcraft?"

Update 23 November 2012: Whatever creatures she creates, its clear that they share a number physical similarities to these Zerg, and if that's the case...then God help us all if she turns against us.

Update 22 December 2012, excerpt from an inventory report: ...more toilet supplies are ne"...sorry guys, but I'm no one's side, only my own and my Dream Spirit's, the only thing we'll ever do is to hunt one specific nightmare. I find clues in the physical world, my Dream Spirit takes care of the dream world, and we won't stop until we've found it and consume it utterly..."eeded, it was a mess after those two had...

~WARNING! MIND AT WORK!~

KH Wiki: The Keyhole
Fairly solid as a resource and rather organized, perfect for newcomers to KH.
Kingdom Hearts Wiki
Parent-site of The Keyhole, a little less organized in my opinion, but goes a little deeper into the mechanics of KH.

Enhanced Assassination
Urban Empowerment
Parallel Processing

Code Name: Eagle of the City
Spoiler: show
Real Name: Unknown multiple alias, Aguilo Ciudias given. Spotted under: Aetos Polim, Kotka Carthac, and Orel Civian
Affiliation: None, appears to be a freelancer

Appearance: Varies, typically appears as a man of 5'8 of vaguely European descent, uses make up and plastic surgery to alter his appearance.

Background. Aguilo is the world's foremost assassin. His signature Eagle feather has shown up at the deaths of mob bosses, politicians, generals, media moguls and celebrities. His targets are typically those who have made enough enemies that it is not clear who hired him. Although in the case of celebrities, it appears to be random. He was captured by the Agency in the Dragon Sword incident but escaped without revealing anything beyond his name and a surprisingly good ability to sweet talk people. He noted that he never would have been caught if the Dragon Sword Incident had taken place in a city. Given that he escaped custody as soon as we entered Seoul it seems likely he draws power from being in an urban environment. Seems to have a live and let live policy towards those around his targets, with the exception of those who take part in human trafficking.

Recommendations: Leave him alone.
