Wacky Wally
Spoiler: show
Amusement Park Monarchy: Subject has control of every aspect of the park. Not just the rides. Every brick, every Volt of electricity and even one case of gravity manipulation within the park.
Emotional Energy Manipulation: He absorbs the happiness and excitement of the park goers which is how he's able to extend his lifespan and enhance the power of his manipulation of the park.
Marsupial Physiology: He's a wallaby. What else would he have?

Overview:
There's a park in the Rocky Mountains area. It's been around for over 50 years. Best safety record of any park of it's kind. The machines almost never break down. Ask anyone who used to work there they'll always say the same thing 'best job I've ever had'. Every summer Wacky Wally World is packed with visitors looking to enjoy a few rides and have some pictures taken with it's mascot Wacky Wally. The reason for it's succes is that unlike Disney World, it literally is one of the most magical places on earth.

Long before the park was built (and apparently even before the concept of amusement parks) Wally was a simple wallaby adopted by a wandering wizard as his familiar. They traveled all across the world but eventually settled down in what is now known as Wacky Wally World. The reason for this is simple, Wally's park is sitting on the highest concentration of leylines in North America. And it was being abused. His master defeated the wizard that had been controlling the concentration and simultaneously freed the town he had enslaved (from Wally's descriptions we've been able to determine this all took place around the 1850's. But we have yet to find any record of the town he was talking about. We theorize it might've been a Mage Enclave). He spent the next hundred years protecting the town and what he named the Wellspring as best he could. Due to exposure to the magic of the Wellspring and his extended lifespan, Wally gained increased intelligence equal to that of a human. It's the main the reason why he can remember the day Mr. Pickman came to visit. After his master naturally refused to work with him, the town ended up slaughtered and his master dead. The only survivors were Wally and the parks first owner Stephen Brown. His masters last act before facing Pickman was to bind the Wellspring to Wally and hide his familiar and Stephen under the strongest veil he could cast. Wally was knocked out after the binding, so the only thing he knew about the battle was a second hand account given to him by Stephen. All we know for sure is that his master fought the abomination, and somehow miraculously wounded him. Stephen mentioned seeing Pickman limping towards his briefcase and dissapearing in a flash.

Six months later, construction began. His bond with the Wellspring gave him the power to alter the environment directly over it. With his master dead Wally's days were numbered. His lifespan was extended due the emotional bond between Wally and his master, and with him dead Wally would soon follow. As a stopgap he could absorb emotions from Stephen but he couldn't do that safely for too long without killing him. He needed a town's worth of people to feed off of. The park was the solution. A few compulsion charms Stephen was able to cast on the promotional materials and word of mouth was all it took to make the park a success. It's also what got our attention.

It's been over 60 years now. Our own intervention and Wally's control over the park, have kept many dark Mages at bay. And he's been valuable support whenever we had to deal with a particularly dangerous enemy. The term 'Homefield Advantage' takes on a whole new meaning when the terrain is literally on your side.
Sweet lady fate, why dost thou piss on me so?!

On the issue of the timeline, I would put Mr. Pickman arrival on June 30, 1908 (the Tunguska event? That was him saying "greetings good gentlemen").

I might roll a few other characters later. I'm too busy right now.

Whip Manipulation (Hm. A whip user. Just what we needed.)
Wax Manipulation (Er... waxed whips? Hot wax? Okay.)
Experience Manipulation (... What. Wow. Of all the overpowered... Whelp, gotta do it.)

Spoiler: show
Agency File: VGLVL-01
Code Name: Glitch Level
Real Name: Gary Greenson
Appearance: An 23 year old man with messy blonde hair, blue eyes. Wears a tank top and sweatshorts with a makeshift cloak over it. A little crazy.

Overview: Gary Greenson was placed in mental care on January 23, 2004 for delusions of grandeur. He seemed to believe that he lived in a world where RPG mechanics are all real, and that he could "glitch" the system and allow himself to have an advantage. However, strange happenings around him resulted in him being picked up by the Agency (who did NOT want a repeat of that fiasco with Patient 0982).

They quickly found him to be less insane than expected. He demonstrated the power to, as he called it, "Level Up" or "Level Down" other creatures, including himself. Affected subjects would suddenly find themselves more competent at their duties, or less so. He could even declare a specific level, such as 42, 3, 100, or 84, which would boost or reduce the target's capabilities, their control of their powers (if they had any), and even the effectiveness of said powers. The "glitched" level remains for as long as Gary is nearby (within [REDACTED] meters), and for 3 hours after his departure from the area.

In addition, he seems to have gained a mastery of using whips. He says it's his class' weapon of choice. He can also throw wads of hot wax at foes, burning them.

In one notable instance, he, as part of a test, sparred with Twilight 4 times, with four different layouts, each having specific outcomes:

Round 1:
Glitch Level LVL 47, Twilight LVL 63
Twilight easily defeated Gary in this confrontation, and reported feeling much stronger than she normally was. Her strength, speed, and even the force of her powers all had a [REDACTED] increase in output, and her ability to manipulate reality proved far less tiring than usual, with her displaying it several times during the fight.

Round 2:
Glitch Level LVL 71, Twilight LVL 1
Glitch knocked Twilight unconscious with seemingly one weak strike from his whip. Twilight later reported feeling like her powers were barely there, and was only able to use some of the most basic techniques she had developed, and tiring out just doing that.

Round 3:
Glitch Level LVL 30, Twilight LVL 30
This proved to be a fairly equal match, though Twilight managed to win. Twilight reported feeling a little stronger than usual.

Round 4:
Glitch Level LVL 100, Twilight LVL 100
[REDACTED], see the file on the LVL100-001 Incident

Superior's Note: Under no circumstances should any LVL 100 vs anything matches be considered, ever again, except in dire straights. We dodged a bullet there, guys, let's not destroy the planet just to have bets on whether Maximus Titanus! - THE TITAN OF MAN! can be beaten by Sound Burst if Sound Burst was LVL 100. We already lost the Moon once trying this, we don't want to have to call in another favor from our Reality Warper friends.

In regards to Lifeline, I'd peg him as showing up in December of 1945, in New Orleans.
"Doesn't matter what the press says. Doesn't matter what the politicians or the mobs say. Doesn't matter if the whole country decides that something wrong is something right. This nation was founded on one principle above all else: the requirement that we stand up for what we believe, no matter the odds or the consequences. When the mob and the press and the whole world tell you to move, your job is to plant yourself like a tree beside the river of truth, and tell the whole world — "No, you move."

This is what I got.

Spirit Physiology
Lifeless Body Creation
Bullet_Hell
Spoiler: show
Code Name: Geist
Real Name: Unknown
Appearance: Variable, although all known sightings have been male.
Status: Unreliable. Has acted to save Agents or stop them from achieving their objectives. Sometimes both at once.

Subject Geist seems to have powers associated with those of ghosts as well as an ability to create empty bodies to possess with his ghost abilities. In addition to possession, Geist has been observed to fly, pass through walls, creating frost on surfaces he touches, freezing liquids, and some level of PK ability although that seems to require some amount of time for concentration.

These bodies have managed to pass intensive security checks on at least one occasion, with the infiltration only being discovered by the chance discovery of the individual whose body he had replicated. During that incident, Geist left the body behind and escaped. The body rapidly broke down after 1 hour despite all attempts to preserve it. Nothing remained.

Has also shown an ability to launch massive swarms of some form of variable yield energy. Has created energy bolts that freeze targets, entangle with a short term goop that disappears and some kind of fear inducing energy.

Geist is considered a major threat to security although a minor threat to the public. It is entirely possible he has performed more infiltrations and not been caught.
I don't believe in overkill, but I do believe in economy of force. Which is why I don't use tactical nuclear devices to get rid of gnats that are annoying me. Well, not often anyway.

Naruto shrugged. "It doesn't have to make sense, we're ninja. We walk on water because it's easier than learning to swim." Vulpine by Saphroneth

You guys destroyed the moon?!

Saeko's not going to be pleased...
Spoiler: show
It had only been four hours since the impossible happened, and already, it felt like ages past since then. Looking up at the whole moon from your office, you smile to yourself as you remembered the rush of calling in favors with a number of extradimensional reality warpers and coordinating efforts to restore the moon after it was destroyed in that absurd sparring session between Glitch and Twilight. It was work well done and as the phone rang and you answered it, all those feelings were replaced with dread.

"Moshi moshi~"

The sweet Japanese words spoken with the innocent voice of a five year old had never sounded more terrifying.

"An odd thing happened today as the Emperor was in a meeting with myself and the Myriad Kami, he was seized by Honored Tsukoyomi-no-Mikoto's sudden and rather incensed presence, who commanded us to wage war on you all. We managed to calm him down, and when I sent one of my children to investigate his complaints, imagine my surprise when I found out the moon really was completely destroyed..."

The agents who met Saeko all agreed that she had this remarkable pressure about her, a pressure coupled an amazing static charge in the air, as if she was going to unleash her anger on you the moment you displease her...but that was in her immediate presence though...WHY THE HELL ARE YOU FEELING IT THROUGH THE PHONE!

"...so, just as we try to figure out what to do next, all of a sudden, the moon was restored, perfectly. Unfortunately, Honored Tsukuyomi-no-Mikoto's home was not..."

The moon's light shining into your office suddenly felt cold, harsh, deadly.

"...however, he has agreed to be lenient since this is the first ever in the modern age that anyone has ever managed this feat, so he's a little more impressed than he should be."

Instantly the pressure was gone, the unfriendly light was just light again...all hopes of relaxing were quickly dashed though, as a cold breath and delightful whisper teases your ears.

"This will be the last time this happens. The other moon gods when they have their representatives on Earth will not be as forgiving~."

Quickly turning around, you find nothing behind you, the only thing left was an echoing sinful giggle that called an end to the phone call.

KH Wiki: The Keyhole
Fairly solid as a resource and rather organized, perfect for newcomers to KH.
Kingdom Hearts Wiki
Parent-site of The Keyhole, a little less organized in my opinion, but goes a little deeper into the mechanics of KH.

Emperor Shark
Spoiler: show
Known Abilities:
Shark Physiology: Model Megaladon
Double-Edged Power: A highly destructive Berserker mode that makes them numb to pain and at least twice as strong.
Omnitone: They have voice of the Legion qualities the few times we've heard them speak.

Overview:
The first time we even had a sighting of an Emperor shark was during a crackdown on an illegal genetics labs in North Carolina. It was a corpse and at least 45 feet tall by our estimate. Autopsies revealed the cause of death to have been complications when it tried switching from gills to lungs. As far as we knew it was just an independent group of mad scientists and goons. No connection to anyone on our watchlists.

The second time was in the Third NYC Clash. The Syndicates plans had fallen apart and our empowered agents and theirs were having it out on the streets of Manhattan. When we thought it was over, he showed up right the hell out of nowhere in the middle of Central Park. It measured at just a little over 100 feet. And judging by that roar, they fixed the lung problem. It didn't even finish roaring before Sound Burst used its own roar against it. That got it's attention, Max punching a few it's teeth out pissed it right the hell off. Everyone else piling it on made it go berserk.
Rewind got taken out of the fight trying to keep Max stable long enough for our healers to fix his caved in ribcage. Triggerfinger, Soundburst and Twilight were running air raids on Dragons provided by Yugi. From a distance Vertigo did his part by keeping the thing off-balance and easier to knock down. We really thought we had the bastard when Glitch finally showed up. Triggerfinger and Soundburst were maxed and ready, while Twilight prepared to contain the blast as best she could. Then it vanished before our guys even did anything. All we found was a note:
Such a troublesome child, I must apologize.
I promise he'll be much better behaved next time.
And so will his friends.
My fondest regards,
Mr. Pickman
By order of Director Abrams, Anti-Kaiju protocols are now in development.

Tempest triple-dog-dared me to participate...

Doctor Tempus

1. Technology Manipulation
2. Superhuman Physiology
3. Temporal Slicing

Mortimer J. Forsythe, Esquire, was a relatively harmless young man - especially considering he was the spawn of two, ah, reality-impaired science professionals. Unlike his parental units (and perhaps learning from their example after they disappeared after crossing a certain Mr. Pickman), Mortimer had no overwhelming desires for conquest or glory. Instead, he was content to while away the evenings tinkering in his shed.

The fact that the aforementioned shed was larger than many peoples' homes, and the materials were supplied from a rather sizeable trust fund left to him by his not-entirely-sane progenitors in no way increases the minimal impact Mortimer made upon society as a whole. That he lacked ambition was more of an understatement - it was entirely missing from his character.

Mortimer did, however, love playing with technology and creating new inventions. Some of them even had purposes aside from his amusement - or proving to himself that he could do it. Using his dimensional pockets to sneak food and drink into the saturday matinee was the extend of his lawbreaking nature. The phrase "proof of concept" was often bandied about when explaining his work to others.

This all changed the day he perfected his latest triumph - a time probe! His first test run was, of course, to the future to see how his work turned out.

Mortimer J. Forsythe, Esquire, was somewhat dismayed to journey ahead to 2112 AD, only to discover the earth scoured clean of humanity, inhabited solely by eldritch horrors from beyond his most fevered imaginings. Worse, they had sensed his intrusion almost immediately and attacked his primitive time machine. He barely got the flux capacitors realigned before they were upon him. He activated the return switch an instant too slow, and one of the horrid beasts was able to latch onto the time capsule and ride it back to Mortimer's home era. The beast was horribly disrupted, but still nearly killed Mortimer before he was able to finish it off by overloading the time machine's Chronatron Relay and scattering the monster's atoms across three centuries.

The explosion still wrecked half of the lab and left Mortimer mortally wounded. Not to mention glowing.

Desparate to live and warn the world of his horrible relevation, Mortimer J. Forsythe, Esquire, was forced to inject himself with some experimental nanites he'd developed - leaving his mundane humanity behind. Bathed in the residual chronatronic radiation, they performed better than he ever believed possible. Not only was he healed, but his body was far stronger and more resilient than he ever remembered it being before. That he bore a more than passing resemblance to the fictional Dr. Savage was only a passing amusement to the worried young inventor.

As Mortimer made to remove himself from the wreckage of his lab, he discovered that the... creature... he had dispatched evidently had allies in the current era. Startled to say the least at the appearance of something reminiscent of a Lovecraft-induced absinthe binge, Mortimer J. Forsythe, Esquire, held up his hands in a futile warding gesture. He was horrified that such a thing could exist within euclidean real-space - such an abomination to his rational mind enraged him to the point that he demanded it "get thee off the skin of the world". In a burst of chronatronic radiation, a memento of his aborted journey through the timestream, the creature disappeared with a loud crack of displaced air.

Later experimentation revealed that his exposure to the strange energies resulted in his etheric shell - the pale shadow of which is referred to as Kirlian Aura after the so-named Russian Inventor's technique for photographing electrical coronal discharges - gathering steady amount of entropic energy from the environment around him. As entropy is a natural tendency in the environment, this entropic energy steadily accumulates. Under sufficient duress, with proper concentration, Mortimer can synchronize his chronatic signature with that of another object or being. Once synchronized at the etheric level, he can discharge a quanta of this entropy into the target's own chronatic signature. Unlike Mortimer's altered field, the new chrono-dynamic wave-form cannot contain the entropic overload, and the chaos will cascade 'downhill' through the time-stream into the past. Depending on how much of the energy was transferred, this cascade will built the further it goes into the past until it overflows the chronatic envelope and utterly disrupts the target's physical existence on the quantum scale. This results in, at the very least, a catastrophic loss of physical cohesion within the target.

Galvanized by his close call, and with a new purpose to his life, Mortimer J. Forsythe, Esquire, gathered up his more useful inventions from the wreckage of his shed. He immediately went about setting up safehouses and bunkers across the country, and duplicating his tools in caches across the land. The fact that he can alter them on the fly - sometimes without bothering to disassemble them first - only makes this easier.

Nice. I'm sure the Doc will fit right in.
Spoiler: show
Agency File EX-0668
Hyperbole

Civilian Name: Dexter Novak (Most likely an alias)
Appearance: Male, 18 years of age in appearance, 5'11", 200 lbs. Blond hair, blue eyes.

Known Abilities-
Exaggeration-Subject has the ability to preform impossible feats of strength, agility and skill, as well as other by simply exaggerating what he desires to do. Documented incidents include

-Punching through a brick wall, with no injury.
-Leaping the length of a football field from a standing start.
-Eating an amount of food equivalent in weight to a fully grown draft horse in a single sitting.
-Spontaneous steam generation- when the subject described his state of mind as "Steaming Mad"
-A baseball literally being hit to the moon during an Agency softball game. Video of incident has been analysed and the trajectory and velocity observed indicates the ball should have impacted on the Sea of Tranquility, approximately 5 miles west of the original lunar landing site.
-Escaping undetected from an Agency base.

The possibilites of this ability seem to be endless, and incredibly dangerous.

Vertigo Inducement- The subject has the ability to induce a state of extreme vertigo in any person or being with a thought.

Spoon Manipulation-The subject appears to have complete and utter control over spoons. Size and composition does not matter. So long as the object is in the shape of a spoon, he can manipulate it in any manner. Levitation, movement, reinforcement, ect. The subject appears to find this utterly hilarious, often laughing like a maniac while utilizing the power, and taunting his opponents with spoon based puns.

Outlook and Alignment-
Despite his penchant for pranks and generally causing chaos, the subject has proven to be one of the less destructive beings of divine origin that the agency has encountered and had contact with. "Hyperbole" as he has been dubbed, often steps in to protect families of all shapes and sizes should they be threatened, and willingly cooperates and gets serious when the situation demands it. Communication channels established, as per agency guidelines.

Overview-
The subject first came to the Agency's attention in February of 2008, when he appeared on the sidelines of a sparring match between Agents Twilight and Rewind, and proceeded to play what was described as "Epic Battle Music" with nothing but a pair of large table spoons, cheering both sides on all the while. Security lockdowns were immediately implemented, and the subject was detained. The subject allowed us to interview him for a short while before he abruptly disappeared. Transcript follows.

Agent G. Kizmat: What is your name?

Hyperbole: Dexter, though I kind of like Hyperbole. That's my Super Name, if you will. *Cheeky Grin*

Agent G. Kizmat: How and why exactly did you decide breaking in here and playing battle music for a sparring session was a good idea?

Hyperbole: Oh, I don't really know. It just seemed like it would be fun. And you should have seen your faces. PRICELESS! (Here the subject laughed uproariously for approximately 5 minutes) But seriously, I had something for you from my mother, and something I wanted to ask you guys. (Here the subject produced a handwoven baby blanket, and presented it to Agent Kizmat)

Agent G. Kizmat: What is this for?

Hyperbole: Its for you of course! Congrats! It's a girl by the way. (a visit to the infirmary afterward would show that Agent Kizmat was indeed pregnant with her third child.) As for the other bit, I've seen alot of the people you've been gathering together, and they seem like a fun group. I'm kind of bored out of my mind. So I want in.

Agent G. Kizmat: You want...in?

Hyperbole : Sure. Here's my card. Give me a ring if there is anything I can help with.

Agent G. Kizmat: ...we will consider it. Who is your mother then?

Hyperbole: Hestia. I've been told I take more after my dad myself though.

Agent G. Kizmat: And that would be?

Hyperbole: Loki. Don't even ask. it was a whole thing. Bacchus had a party, the Norse guys got invited, they were both drunk, things got crazy. But anyway. You have my card, I'll be in touch. Tata!

At this point the subject appears to have simply disappeared, though sensor readings seem to indicate use of his Exaggeration abilities to escape the building undetected. All agency personnel present or observing indicate a profound feeling of overwhelming boredom causing them to fall asleep. Regular contact was later established, and continues until present.

Just occurred to me that letting Glitch Level learn about Disgaea is a very...

really...

REALLY...

REALLY...

... REALLY BAD IDEA.

If we get a moon-destroying event from LVL 100... If it ever occurs to him to level someone ABOVE that point...

Alright. Let's try the Timeline thing again, this time with the suggestions and new characters. As always, let me know if something should be changed.

Spoiler: show
  • Pre-1990s
  • In ancient times, The Chernobog begins his sacred duty.
  • Wally the Wallaby settles with his master in the 1850s, in what would one day become Wacky Wally World.
  • Agent C. Clark encounters The Hermit in November of 1901.
  • Cloud Peak Observation Post is set up and prepped to observe The Hermit in April of 1902.
  • On June 5th, 1905, The Hermit warns his observers not to interfere with him.
  • Mr. Pickman decides he wants to manifest in this world on June 30, 1908, and greets the world with the Tunguska event.
  • The Hermit shifts to face west on August 1st, 1927 (possibly to take note of the Nanchang Uprising in China?).
  • The Hermit looks southwest for one hour on December 7th, 1941 (possibly towards Pearl Harbor?).
  • The Hermit looks west in rage on August 6th, 1945, witnessing the first Atomic Bomb destroying Hiroshima. Tachibana Saeko is caught in the dead center of the explosion, and is reborn through the dying acts of Hirioshima's guardian god.
  • Lifeline is discovered in the aftermath of a battle with Mr. Pickman in New Orleans in the December of 1945.
  • Mr. Pickman kills Wally the Walaby's master on June 2, 1952, and construction begins for Wacky Wally World six months later.
  • The Hermit looks up to the Moon for 12 minutes on July 20th, 1969, the day of the Moon Landing.
  • Patient 0982, name unknown, arrives in the Center on February 12th, 1975.
  • 0982's first day out mingling with the other patients is on July 21st, 1975.

  • 0982 has more fun on January 28th, 1984.
  • The Agency finds 0982 on May 10th, 1989, and regrets it one day later.

    1990s
  • Incident HERM-0005 occurs on January 7th, 1990, and The Hermit apparently did some seriously awesome fighting. This was also the day Patient 0982 wrote the final message in the logs of the Gateways Hospital and Mental Health Center, presumably escaping. Maybe the two fought each other, or something?

  • Maxwell becomes Maximus Titanus! - THE TITAN OF MAN! on November 12th, 2010. (?)

    2012
  • Eta Draconis is discovered by the Agency in the January of 2012, shortly after a falling meteor strikes his home. Yugi makes a wish on a falling star nearby the same night as the meteor strike.

As a point, I'd like to mention that the Sendai Earthquake happened on March 2011, and MAXIMUS! was present during the relief efforts, I'd put his manifestation at around 2010.

KH Wiki: The Keyhole
Fairly solid as a resource and rather organized, perfect for newcomers to KH.
Kingdom Hearts Wiki
Parent-site of The Keyhole, a little less organized in my opinion, but goes a little deeper into the mechanics of KH.

If we get a moon-destroying event from LVL 100... If it ever occurs to him to level someone ABOVE that point...
Oh please. It'd be the most reality breaking awesome thing EVER. Because, don't forget that Disgaea also allows Reincarnation into a different class while keeping the stats, weapon mastery, and some skills of your original self. Bump someone to Lv9999, then reincarnate them as the same 'class' at the level they were before you changed it to max.

Rinse, repeat 20 times, and go toe to toe with Mr Pickman. ;)

Decided to give this a spin. I'm getting a batch of sets, and I think I have a good group for a mercenary thief/info team. Will edit in the people when I finish them, but here's the power sets:
Spoiler: show
Digestive Shapeshifting (no abilities granted from a form, unfortunately... though that's not necessarily a permanent issue considering the rest of the team.)
Acid Beam Emission
Greek Deity Physiology (power to mimic greek gods and their abilities... ow ow ow)
----
Prehensile Tail
Unity
Sciential Entity Physiology (this one almost seems... redundant given Unity power, though I guess it could be Avatar form)
----
Multiple Lives
Chameleon Physiology
Remolding
----
Accelerated Time Bomb Generation
Object Manipulation
Divine Magic
----
Upgraded Form (be glad I figured out how I could use this that didn't require major creativity to work with, because the random power that would've replaced it was Death-Force Manipulation)
Living Embodiment
Remote Teleportation
EDIT: First three complete. Changed my mind about the primary focus of the group. I mean, Object Manipulation, Divine Magic, Remolding, and Sciential Entity Physiology... plus a guy that could mimic Hephaestus' abilities as needed? We've got a top notch custom item/weapon creation team here.

... Reality marble, anyone? :leaving:

EDIT2: Okay, here we go. If people want to suggest incident files or the like, feel free!

Forge
Spoiler: show
Digestive Shapeshifting
Acid Beam Emission
Greek Diety Physiology

Code Name: Forge
Real Name: Glen Moesta(?)
Known Aliases: John Connor, Karl Kyle, Remy LeBeau

Appearance: Primary appearance is male, 5'10”, black hair, brown eyes, approximately late-20s in age.

Known Abilities:
Digestive Shapeshifting – He can assume the form of other people, but only if he eats part of their body. How much is enough is unknown and may vary, and subject may be unaware of the specifics himself given reluctance to partake in cannibalism.

Acid Beam Emission – Fairly uncommonly seen power from him. First used in same incident that started his shapeshifting ability. Subject appears to prefer to avoid using this ability.

Subject has shown a multitude of semi-related power sets that seem unlikely for him to all have access to. Powers tend to be used in groups, and one agent noted possible correlation between groups and Greek deities.

Overview: An average part-time thief, Glen worked solo and in duos on jobs. His main job was working at a blacksmith. One job stealing from organized crime with a partner went bad and both thieves ended up captured. He was force fed his partner by the men before being left alone for an hour. The stress of the situation apparently caused him to manifest shapeshifting abilities, taking on the form of his deceased partner. The smaller form enabled him to escape his bonds, and the manifesting of that ability seemingly triggered the appearance of other abilities. He escaped custody and killed the crime boss responsible.

Glen vanished off the grid following the incident, reappearing here and there across the US working temporarily as a blacksmith where ever he happened to be. He didn't give a name, and “Forge” came to be stuck to him because he answers questions on his name with “I'm just here to forge.” A year after his powers manifested, he joined Delphi Oracle Systems, which seems to specialize primarily in item creation, with lesser coverage in item acquisition and information brokering.

In 2011, he participated in a raid on a laboratory along side Eris and Loki. The team freed a captive but encountered Mr Pickman during their escape. Forge survived the encounter badly injured.

2009 – Abilities manifest after theft gone wrong
2010 – Hired by Delphi Oracle Systems.
2011- Participated in a raid on a laboratory. Survived encounter with Mr Pickman.
Oracle
Spoiler: show
Prehensile Tail
Unity
Sciential Entity Physiology

Code Name: Oracle
Real Name: Unknown
Alias: Avatar(?)

Appearance: 5'5” male with shoulder-length red hair and orange eyes.

Overview:
Oracle was an undergrad student at a science and technology university in 2010 that agreed to participate in a professor's experiment for extra credit. What the actually experiment involved is unknown, as the professor and all his materials were destroyed. The only test subject still alive was noted to have natural orange eyes and a prehensile tail that he instinctively made use of. Attempts by police to identify the student failed, as all records of him at the university had vanished, none of his fellow students could recall his name despite being able to recognize him, and a nationwide display of his photo and known information failed to locate and family or friends that could identify him. Before Agency personnel could meet with Oracle, he slipped out of custody.

Months later, a number of technology patents were submitted under Delphi Oracle Systems, a newly formed private tech company. Personnel records for the company list only five people including Oracle. Besides custom tech items, weapons, and more, DOS also provides a thriving information brokering business that has the Agency concerned regarding some of the information the company shouldn't have access to provide. Oracle keeps at least a step ahead of Agency efforts to discover or stop the operation of the company to their dismay.

2010 – Oracle becomes one with everything.
Starts Delphi Oracle Systems, which hires a number of people with noted super-human abilities.
2011 – Dispatches team to raid laboratory to free “”. Provides several gadgets that enable the team to escape Mr Pickman.
Eris
Spoiler: show
Multiple Lives
Chameleon Physiology
Remolding

Code Name: Eris
Real Name: Eris(?)

Appearance:
2011-present: Female, 5'9”, Straight black hair, brown eyes.
2011: Female, 4'11”, crew cut black hair, vaguely oriental.
~2010-2011: Female, 6', pageboy cut blond hair, red eyes.
~1970-1979: Female, 5'2”, Wavy red hair, hazel eyes.
~1900-1910: Female, 6'3”, Curly brown hair, blue eyes.

Known Abilities:
Remolding – According to subject, the ability to remold anything. Remolding can change characteristics, or even turn from item into living being or vice versa.

Multiple Lives – While not entirely confirmed, two previous encounters with beings that matches Eris in nearly all ways except appearance and claim to be her lend some credence to her having multiple lives. During the 1970s encounter, Eris commented that it was “like the whole Doctor Who regeneration thing” except without a life cap.

Enhanced abilities – Climbing and balance, vision highly likely. Camouflage ability may be related to these. Lack of a prehensile tongue, tail, and scale manifestation prevent being classed as likely chameleon physiology.

Overview:
Eris claims to be the person the Greek pantheon being is named after. If true, she has lived for over two thousand years by this point. She also claims to have a hand in nudging certain events to occur or even outright “empowering” some people or items by what she refers to as “remolding” people. Among items she's claimed to have adjusted are at least one of the first two combat use atomic bombs as well as adjusting the delivery planes to increase craft and crew survivability versus radiation.

Eris may have been responsible for setting into motion empowering events, as she made mention in previous encounters that she's had to work to ease the balance by adding some help to a side. She's almost made comments about remolding stuff, just to see what happens, so whether some or none of the remolding she's done was for a higher purpose or not remains unknown.

What is known is that she has encountered the Agency at least two previous times in different forms, once in the first decade of the 20th Century, and another time in the 1970s. Each time she vaguely mentioned that balance was somewhat off in a bad way. In each encounter, she displayed enhanced climbing and balance, as well as seemingly enhanced vision beyond the normal field of view for humans. And by the end of each encounter, she had vanished from view, seeming to blend in to her surroundings.

In 2010 she started working at Delphi Oracle Systems. In 2011, she participated in a raid on a laboratory with Forge and Loki, apparently on orders from Oracle. They freed a captive there before running into Mr Pickman. Though the entire team escaped with the captive, Eris was seen with a new appearance during the escape, and another new one afterward, indicating that she died at least twice during the escape.

pre-900 BC - Eris appears
~1900-1910 - Eris has confirmed encounter with the Agency
~1970-1979 - Eris has another confirmed encounter with the Agency
2010 - Eris joins Delphi Oracle Systems
2011 - Participates in a laboratory raid. Dies during raid, and dies second time due to wounds sustained after first death.
Loki
Spoiler: show
Accelerated Time Bomb Generation
Object Manipulation
Divine Magic

Code Name: Loki
Real Name: Unknown

Appearance: Male, 5'8", Short blonde hair, grey eyes.

Known Abilities:
Accelerated Time Bomb Generation – Combination of Volatile Constructs and Accelerated Time Bolts, Accelerated Time Bombs are compressed time waves that rapidly age what is caught in the blast radius and are detonate on contact. Demonstrated in 2011 laboratory raid.

Object Manipulation – Creation or modification of any non-living object. Loki used this ability to make a living selling at conventions, and popped up on the Agency's radar as a result.

Divine Magic – Subject has shown ability in this field, most notably in the 2011 raid.

Overview:
Not much is known regarding Loki prior to coming to the attention of the Agency. At the time, he traveled to various conventions – anime, scifi, fantasy, the works – and sold his custom wares to attendees under that name. Given the quality of his wares and the lack of any time to make or acquire more, a closer look was made that revealed his object manipulation abilities.

Unfortunately, before the Agency could approach with a job offer, Loki was hired by Delphi Oracle Systems. His work at the company is a continuation of what he was generally doing before on his own. In a rare job outside of the company's grounds, Loki participated in a raid on a laboratory in 2011. His time bomb and object manipulation abilities were key to quickly getting into the building and freeing the captive. His abilities were of little use against Mr Pickman as the team tried to retreat with the captive, until he used divine magic on an object before throwing it at their opponent.

His skill with time bombs and object manipulation appear to be the primary reason he survived the immediate response from the being, but managed to keep attention while living long enough for the captive to join the fight. Its actions allowed the team to disengage and escape alive.

Any connection between subject and norse pantheon is unknown, or if they simply picked the name after a random google search.

2010 – Hired by Delphi Oracle Systems
2011 – Nearly killed during raid on laboratory
Chronos
Spoiler: show
Upgraded Form
Living Embodiment (Time)
Remote Teleportation

Code Name: Chronos
Real Name: Unknown
Alias: Tony(?)

Appearance: Unknown, subject is never seen outside a fully concealing suit of armor. The armor seems to vary in appearance any time seen. Typically 5'5” to 6' in height.

Known Abilities:
Remote Teleportation

Living Embodiment of Time

“Upgraded Form” - Whatever experiments occurred in the laboratory Chronos was found in left the being unable to live outside a containment armor. Soon after their rescue, Chronos' new co-workers helped upgrade the armor significantly.

Overview:
The first appearance of Chronos came when a team from Delphi Oracle Systems raided a laboratory and freed the being. An Agency team scrambled nearby viewed the tail end of the raid, and noted the armor and remote teleportation ability that enabled the raiding team to escape Mr Pickman. Since then, Chronos has largely kept to the grounds of Delphi Oracle Systems as an employee.

The scant details of Chronos were provided to the Agency by Oracle. DOS was responsible for the code name, figuring it fit the living embodiment of time.

2011 – Freed from laboratory by team from Delphi Oracle Systems. Becomes employee there.

The Inquisitor

1. Enhanced Investigation
2. Plant Growth
3. Knowledge Projection

Greg Gerkus, the Inquisitor, is a simple man. He enjoys tending to his garden, and solving puzzles. Granted, his garden contains some of the deadliest plants known to superhuman-kind, and the only puzzles left that can still challenge him are discovering the motives and identities behind the worlds darkest conspiracies, but still, he's a simple man.

He spends his days taking care of his plants, grown with care and a little superhuman persuasion, and he consults with the Agency when they need a new superhuman tracked down or plot uncovered. Sadly, most of these consulting jobs can hold his interest for less than an hour at most before he figures out the information and gives the information to the Agent in charge, but on rare occasions, an impossible case presents itself, either because his intellectual opponent is truly smart enough to challenge his investigative prowess, or because the case is simply too insane for normal logic to solve.

On the aberrant case where the Inquisitor actually takes the field, he uses his ability to grow plants to his every advantage. He usually buries his opponent in vines and branches, while disappearing behind a cloud of pollen and leaves.

Okie Dokie, let's get the formalities out of the way first...

Luma-lee, Luma-bop! Welcome to! The Luma Shop!

So, what is this strange thing, you may be asking? Well This little (Vael-approved) "shop" will be offering a selection of power combos for you to use for character creation.

Sets will be on a first-come-first-serve basis, and once a set is taken it'll be removed from the list. I'm not sure how Vael wishes to do dibbs-calling, so for now, until otherwise stated, just PM me with this thread title, a link to it in the PM, and the set you wish to "purchase".

New sets will be added to the list with no set schedule, primarily out of my laziness. They will also all be randomly generated sets of powers, however, I will not add a set that I do no personally like (All sets that fall short will be discarded and I will re-roll for the entire set until the condition is met). And you cannot mix-and-match; you get a set, you're stuck with only using those powers in the set.

And if you haven't guessed yet by the quotations, I'm not charging you for this either.

So, with that little explanation out of the way, let's get to inventory:
Spoiler: show
One last thing; if you haven't guessed, I will be attempting a one-power limit on the list. That is to say, if a power appears on the list once, I won't be putting up a new set with that power until the one on the list currently is taken off. So, if you're waiting for a certain power to have a better grouping, you'll have to wait until the original is gone, at least... and no guarantees, since this is by random selection.

And with that, away we go.

Try #1:
Violence Inducement - alright
Memory Manifestation - maybe I can make an interesting villain?
Transcendent Physiology - or I'll just reroll, I guess...

Try #2:
Immortality
Ionization Inducement
Cheshire Cat Physiology
Spoiler: show
Supernatural Taskforce for Allied Nation Defense
Person of Interest Report, S-29

Identities:
Bastet
aka Cheshire Cat
aka Fluffy

Affiliations:
STAND

Appearance:
Currently, Bastet appears as a white long-haired house-cat somewhat resembling a Persian. She has blue eyes, a short tail, and wears a blue collar with the name "Fluffy" and her owner's phone number ([redacted]) and address ([redacted], South Kensington, London) written on a metallic heart-shaped tag.

In the past, Bastet has appeared in numerous feline forms. For details, see her incident report summary.

Powers and Abilities:
Bastet is known to be, if not immortal, extremely long lived. She is at least 150 years old, and does not appear to age in any of her forms.

Bastet has feline abilities enhanced to a supernatural level.

Bastet can change her appearance, and has been confirmed to have held at least fifteen feline appearances since her discovery. There are several unconfirmed reports that she can also appear to be other animals or even inanimate objects.

Additionally, Bastet may be able to ignore the effects of gravity on herself and objects she comes into contact with, turn fully or partially invisible, phase through solid objects, sprout wings, shoot lightning from her eyes, and detect if a person is or will be famous. There is no true confirmation for any of these powers.

Personality:
In most sightings, Bastet has been observed to act like a content and generally pampered house-cat. She is highly independent and may be somewhat proud or vain. In fourteen reports, Bastet was observed to have acted aggressively when faced with a person or animal exhibiting hostility. She can most likely be assumed to act with a Defender persona in most situations.

Motives:
Bastet's motives are largely unknown. She is speculated to be a guardian for an Egyptian artifact. In numerous reports, Bastet has been observed aiding people or animals in danger, oftentimes before the danger is even known.

History:
Bastet's origin is unknown. It is possible that she was named for the Egyptian deity, but it has been deemed equally likely that she is the inspiration for the deity. It can, however, be confirmed that she is the source of Lewis Carroll's (H-4) character, the Cheshire Cat, meaning that Bastet has lived for at least 150 years, as Alice's Adventures in Wonderland was published in 1865.

Since Bastet's discovery by Carroll, she has been observed almost exclusively in London, usually in or nearby the British Museum. It is speculated that she arrived with part of the Egyptian collection, meaning that she could have been present in London for a hundred or more years before Carroll's discovery. It is likely that she is guarding an item of significance, though little progress has been made in determining the object even from the number of known supernatural Egyptian items in the museum.

Bastet has also been known to haunt historical landmarks, and has been observed in the company of important persons on numerous occasions. The most notable such persons being Queen Victoria (91 recorded sightings, including several indicating Victoria may have been aware of Bastet's true nature) and Prime Minister Winston Churchill (98 recorded sightings, including 6 from before he even became a member of Parliament).

More recently, Bastet seems to have taken an interest in the [redacted] family in South Kensington. Posing as a long-haired house cat, Bastet was given the name Fluffy in December of 1998 when she was adopted. Upon being rediscovered by STAND on 5 Feb 2000, Bastet was approached by The Mistress of Tongues (S-1216). Bastet gave her name and agreed to join the organization as an associate. She is not known to have participated in any operations since joining STAND, but has remained in regular contact with her handler, H-588.
That was more fun than I expected. I'll have to do this again once I have more time..

EDIT: Yay!

Dragon Arm
Velocity Manipulation
Human Disguise
Spoiler: show
Supernatural Taskforce for Allied Nation Defense
Person of Interest Report, S-1558

Identities:
A'traxis Ri'ighh
aka A'traxis the Wanderer

Affiliations:
Gr'hoxthih (former)
STAND
The Agency (presumed)
EAAST (presumed)
Magitech (presumed)

Appearance:
As a member of the Gr'hoxthih species, A'traxis is best described as a short reptillian humanoid with leathery green skin and large orange eyes. For further details on Gr'hoxthih physiology, see the associated Species report (ET-173).

When appearing as a human, A'traxis has always chosen to resemble a short Japanese businessman. Exact details change with every appearance, and often change even while he is being observed. A slight green tint to his hair, orange flecks in his iris, or pointed fingernails may be used to easily identify A'traxis much of the time.

Powers and Abilities:
A'traxis, as a member of the Gr'hoxthih species, has an unusually long life by human standards. He estimates he would live for close to 200 Earth years, and is currently aged around 150 Earth years. It is unknown what effects his other powers may have on his longevity, if any.

With the aid of Gr'hoxthih medicinal technology, A'traxis can transform himself at will to resemble other humanoids for several hours to several days at a time (depending on the dosage).

A'traxis hosts the power of K'thidh, which translates roughly to "Holy Dragon". He can transform his left arm into a large, orange, scale-covered weapon. This arm is capable of shooting lances of green fire that can melt steel in seconds. Any further abilities are unknown.

A'traxis' most dangerous power is his ability to instantly change the velocity of any object he touches. An upper limit to this power is unknown. At its most extreme, it is known to be able to cause a 400 ton spacecraft to travel close to the speed of light. A'traxis does not seem to be able to manipulate his own velocity directly, as he prefers to remain in contact with small metal disks to use for both offense and defense.

Personality:
A'traxis is always extremely polite and formal. He is generally independent, preferring solitude on his spacecraft, but will seek advice or assistance for difficulties he encounters.

When he was younger, he may have been somewhat rebellious and quick-tempered, but he found peace during the eighty Earth years he spent traveling the galaxy.

Motives:
A'traxis is motivated by his curiosity and a strong desire to further his understanding of all forms of science. A secondary motivation in the past several years has been a desire to protect Earth and possibly humanity as a whole. This appears to go beyond just an interest in preserving entities that he can learn from, as he has shown himself willing to risk his own life on several occasions.

History:
A'traxis was born the eighteenth child of two prominent Gr'hoxthih astrophysicists. He lived a quiet life until his tenth birthday, when he manifested his K'thidh, a power that appears on average once out of every billion Gr'hoxthihins.

On his fortieth birthday, he discovered the additional power to manipulate velocity, which an infamous K'thidh holder once had in the past. Over the years, A'traxis improved in his usage of velocity manipulation, while keeping it a secret from everyone around him.

His power was discovered eight years after its appearance, and he quickly became shunned by everyone besides his parents and a few siblings. With their assistance, he eventually devised a plan to steal a small harvester ship and use his power to escape the star system. He pulled it off without a hitch, and wandered the galaxy for eighty years before arriving on Earth on 17 June 2003.

Upon announcing his peaceful intentions to the supernatural organizations that detected his ship, A'traxis was quickly recruited by STAND. In exchange for his assistance to the organization's orbital defense and observation teams, A'traxis was granted access to many of he world's research facilities. He is presumed to have made similar deals with other large organizations.

Notable operations:
25 Dec 2003 - Assisted in defeating a hostile spacecraft of unknown origin
3 Aug 2006 - Destroyed several orbital weapons disguised as satellites
19 May 2010 - Participated in the invasion of a base on the moon for supernatural criminals

Wow..., this guy won the lottery
Spoiler: show
Code Name: Soulsmith
Real Name: Julz Rogven
Known Aliases: MythicLExicon, Vuze G. J. Lorn

Appearance: 5' 10", White Male, Short Dark Brown Hair, Blue Eyes

Overview: Julz Rogven was born on July 28, 1994 in the southwest part of Wyoming. As a child he was extremely smart and imaginative, often writing small stories in his free time. The town he grew up in was small; there were only a few kids in his school. Julz would often describe his characters from his stories as if they were real, sometimes seeming to hold one-sided conversations with them. Most kids tended to stay away form him, though the few who didn't could count on Julz to weave incredible stories. In the middle of 2004, the town was attacked by demons. Julz was one of the first people the demons targeted. At first, the demons toyed with him, so as to instill fear into the rest of the town. When the demons decided to finally kill Julz, the characters decided they had had quite enough of these rude things hitting their friend. Julz's first summon called out an entire group of characters that he called the elements of order and chaos. Since Julz often ascribed a level of badassery to these guys on par with the likes of Auron and Kamina, the summons promptly sent the demons packing.

Due to the stress of his first manifestation of his power, Julz's age slowed down slightly, until it seemingly completely stopped when he reached his 17 birthday. In addition, his mind was altered, granting him an almost computer-like ability to compute, store, and access data. Thankfully, both his perception and reflexes, while extraordinarily fast, can be scaled back when it's not needed. In addition, he is able to interface directly with computers, an ability he uses often in writing down his stories. He will often use a sort of mental HUD when he needs to create a new character on the fly. Finally, any and all illusions do not work on him.

Since the attack, Julz has acted as a guardian of sorts to the town and its surroundings, summoning various fictional and historical figures to combat any threats that might pop up. He also writes professionally, and has published a semi-popular series of books under the pseudonym of Vuze G. J. Lorn.

Personality: Julz tends to be a quiet person around people he doesn't know. This is more due to strangers misinterpreting his quirks as mental instability than shyness. To those who know him, Julz is very animated, and is always eager to weave an improvised story for those who ask. He cares deeply for his friends, especially those who befriended him before the attack revealed his power. Julz is very courteous the entities he summons, granting most of them the greatest amount of free will he can. This has earned him the respect of several otherwise capricious, condescending, or proud beings. Due to Julz's dislike of being called "Master", most of his summons have taken to calling him "Boss".

Abilities:
Meta Summoning - Julz can summon any being he desires, and then dismiss to different degrees at will. All beings summoned in this manner are incapable of disobeying or betraying Julz. If the being he summons is of his own creation, he must fully define all of its powers and at least have a vague idea of its personality. If the being he summons is from fiction, he may make broad alterations to the character, if he so desires. If the being he summons is, or was at one time, a real being, he may make slight alterations to the being, and only with that being's express consent.

When dismissing his summons, he has several options he can use. He can take in the being into his soul, allowing for rapid summoning at a later date. If the being is fictional, he can dismiss the being to a type of pocket reality that mimics the fictional world it came from, preserving that being's experiences and memories. He can fully dismiss a being, stripping away any alterations and knowledge the being had. If the being was real and currently alive, he can send it back to where it came from, stripping away the alterations made, but preserving the memories. If the being was real and currently deceased, the being returns to the afterlife with the same stipulations as if it were alive.

Age Immobilization - Due to backlash from his first use of Meta Summoning, Julz's age is locked at 17. Aging is the only thing that is affected, all other biological processes are unaffected.

Cyber Mind - Julz's mind is able to process and store data at supercomputer speeds. He is able to interface with computers, though is only able to alter them as if he was physically using the terminal. Julz's mental abilities allow him to "view" mental HUDs to easily construct new beings to Meta Summon. Due to the nature of the alterations to his brain, any attempts to fool his senses fail. Julz can apply a filter to prevent madness inducing visages from working.
I hope I didn't make him too overpowered, but wow, Meta Summoning is just amazing. o.O

Spoiler: show

Code Name: Gajie
Real Name: Howard Scavito Amulagie Tortito Umlaut Refab Thoris Gamamino Yaka Vequesa the Fourty-second (Seriously, if y'all are gonna use my name, you better use my full name, got it?)
Known Aliases: Um... Huh, I'll need to think of one of these.

Appearance: Well, I'm an 8 foot-tall man whose muscles ripple with my every graceful motion. I have been known to drive many a woman wild at my appearance, so I normally conceal my raw manliness behind a most cunningly designed illusi

Gajie is a 5' 1" skinny white male who has red hair he keeps as a crew cut, very deep green eyes, a light tan, and is of about average fitness. Appears to be about ~18 years old.
Aw, come on, can't I be at least a little taller than that?
No?
Darn.

Overview: Greetings and salutations forum-goers! I'm the second new character Bezzerker wrote up after playing roulette with the Random Page Link on the Superpower Wiki. I was written on January 1, 2013 at approximately 6:35 PM (I'd be more precise, but Bezz didn't look at the time until he got to this part). I haven't had to much time to explore the world y'all have built, but from what I've skimmed over so far, this should be a rather fun little story to take part in!

Personality: I am a well adjusted individual. I can be a little shy around strangers, but underneath my shell I have a heart of gold. I am extraordinarily empathetic towards other peopl

Gajie is a prankster. He is also very outgoing and friendly to strangers. He also has a rather strange code he sticks to. To his friends and to random people, his pranks are never harmful, and the worst that results from a prank is some embarrassment. But if a person manages to make Gajie angry, he will put his considerable skills into making that person regret their mistake.

Gajie, if I have to strike out your text again, I will use the Juju powers on you.

I think I'll go sit in a corner for now

Smart move

Abilities:
Fourth Wall Awareness - Gajie is aware of the fourth wall. This ability grants him the power to utilize this knowledge to his advantage. He is capable of a limited amount of warping the reality he resides in, by abusing the nature of the media he is currently in, as well as functional immortality.

(I chose to have my speech show up as blue color. Although, I bet that purple would look totally awesome...)

Lexiconicy - Gajie can cause various effects through writing. Gajie does not need anything in particular to write on or with. This allows him to create any object he wants simply by describing it. Combined with his fourth wall awareness, it also allows him to manipulate situations by writing out a trope he wants to have in effect for the scene.

I run on the Rule of Cool, baby :cool

Reality Restoration - Gajie can undo any and all effects caused by reality warpers that he wants to. His skill with this power allows him to undo only portions of an effect, which he often does to cause a reality warper's power to backfire. When added to his fourth wall awareness, Gajie can also undo anything an author gives him permission to.
...Darn it...
I am so sorry, but I couldn't resist creating another character.

Agency Incident Report I-5321
Reporting Agent: G. Mercedez

On Decemeber 22, 2012 at 12:00 AM, reports of large scale electrical, psionic and temporal energy surges in the Himalayan Mountains were reported to Agency Command. Agent G. Mercedez dispatched to investigate. Upon arrival, the agent on site reported large scale electrical phenomena taking place. Agent on site approached what appeared to be the source of the phenomena, before being dragged into what is described as a "Dream World" and lost consciousness.

Upon awakening, agent reported being confronted by what appeared to be a young Sherpa boy, approximately 10-12 years of age, who, in perfect English, introduced himself as Tenzin. Upon questioning, the child indicated he was the origin of the reported phenomena. Further questioning proved limited in its success, as the child gave vague and often cryptic answers.

Standard Agency Recruitment offer was extended, but rebuffed by Tenzin, who stated, quote "It is not yet necessary for my kind to interfere. But it has been determined...acceptable, to make our presence known."

Further questions were cut off as the child appeared to disappear, and the agent on site claimed to have been deposited back at his vehicle. All evidence of his approach to the epicenter of the phenomena were erased, and while Agent Mercedez reports having questioned the child for at least two hours, no time had elapsed according to his mission handler. Temporal Entity status designated. Further attempts to contact the entity have proven fruitless. Further investigation suspended, unmanned observation post built and in operation.

First character created using a Luma Shop power set
Spoiler: show
Olympian University of Magic
Last Chance, Colorado Branch Campus

Student File #3768

Name: Zack Dezwer
Wizard Name: Circean Son
Current Rank: Journeyman
Specialty: Force and Transformation Magic

Appearance: 5’ 5”; White Male, Lightly Tanned; Shoulder Length, Straight Blonde Hair; Brown Eyes

Overview:
Zack Dewzer was born on August 17, 1993 in Southern Colorado. He is the third of four children, and the only male child. At age seven, Zack began to display several esoteric powers which included both generating energy bolts and transforming others into animals. Zack’s parents were contacted by a representative of the school to explain the nature of Zack’s powers as well as offer an invitation for Zack to join the school. Zack’s parents accepted the invitation, and at age ten Zack officially began schooling at the Last Chance Campus. Zack graduated from the apprenticeship program cum laude at the age of fifteen. Currently, Zack is four years into his Journeyman program. Zack elected to take the Mage Warrior Journeyman path, and has chosen Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming as his protectorate.

Personality: Zack is a hardworking and serious person. Zack takes any task given to him and applies himself to the best of his ability. If Zack does not think he is able to complete the assigned task alone, he will ask for assistance. Zack’s sense of humor is rather dry, and is prone to snarking at those who annoy him.

Standard Magical Aptitude Testing Results:

Expanding Energy Bolts – Zack can generate compressed energy spheres that expand quickly either at-will or on impact. During the final exam, Zack was able to generate [XXX] maximum strength projectiles in an hour before becoming exhausted. At maximum strength, the sphere is 5 centimeters in diameter when created and can expand to [XXX]. The force of expansion is able to puncture [XXX] of solid steel, creating a hole, [XXX] in diameter. The bolts can travel up to [XXX] through any material, though [XXX] can cut the distance and power of a bolt by ~75%. Current training goals centered on altering the shapes of the bolts to decrease minimum firing range and apply force to a smaller area.

Animal Transformation – Zack can transform anyone within [XXX] into an animal of his choosing. With two exceptions, Zack has to have extensive knowledge of the animal he is attempting to transform a person into. During the final exam, Zack was able to keep a maximum of [XXX] individuals transformed continuously. Each transformation lasts for [XXX] before dispelling naturally. All details regarding the appearance and health of the animal are completely up to Zack. The list of animals Zack can transform a person into is included at the end of this section. A person transformed retains all mental and magical capabilities they had prior to the transformation, though physical-based abilities may be altered. Any damage incurred while transformed is reduced but not eliminated at the end of the transformation. If a person suffers a fatal injury while transformed, [XXX]. When the transformation ends the person turns back to their original form in the nearest available space they can physically fit into.

List of available transformations:
Cat*
Dog*
Frog
Bat
[XXX]
[XXX]
Alligator
Snake
[XXX]
[XXX]

Gauntlet Proficiency – While not inherently magical, Zack possesses an exceptional intuitive ability in the use of gauntlets as both a defensive and offensive weapon. Any time Zack wears a pair of gauntlets, regardless of what they are made out of, his hand-to-hand combat skills increase exponentially. Zack has received training in [XXX] to increase his combat skills. Current lessons are geared towards integrating his energy bolts safely with his close combat skills.

Would anyone be interested in creating encounters between the different characters that we have made so far? I would like to build three more characters, since I "purchased" four sets, but I would like to see some stories with the characters meeting each other.

Very Respectfully,

Spoiler: show
Code Name: One Winged Angel
Real Name: Soefin

Appearance: white Male, 24 in appearance, 6'1", long silver hair down past his waist, Mako green eyes, a single black wing

that extends from his right shoulder.

Overview: Agency File OWA-001
Incident Report #7

On November 16, 2010 a mass sighting of a potential supernatural/extraterrestrial event was reported. The event occurred at

the Denver Broncos Stadium during the first home game of the Denver Broncos. Witness testimony all describe a meteor on a

collision course for the stadium. When the witnesses became aware of the meteor, many panicked and attempted to flee the

area.

Those individuals who did not immediately run went on to claim that the meteor slowed down to a halt and hovered in the air

about 25 yards from the ground. Based on descriptions given by witnesses, the meteor was estimated to be a spherical mass

50 yards in diameter. Witness reports are varied in the length of time spent hovering, ranging from a few seconds to

several minutes, before the meteor took off towards the west on a parabolic arc.

Several witnesses also claimed that there was a figure standing on top of the meteor. All reports that included the figure

were made by individuals sitting in the upper portions of the stadium. Every report consistently describes the figure as

having both long silver hair and a single black wing, though all other details are varied.

Agent Sol was dispatched with a team to investigate the event. The meteor was found 15.5 miles due west from the stadium,

and had impacted in a cornfield. Preliminary testing of the meteor was conducted on site, and revealed nothing

extraordinary. In addition, no signs of life were present at the impact site.

A cordon and research camp has been established around the impact site. Additional supplies and personnel have been

requested.

Incident Report #2
Numerous sightings of a man with long silver hair and a single black wing have reported in the areas around the impact

site. The farthest reported incident was approximately 25 miles from the impact. Attempts to correlate the locations and

times to predict the location of the next appearance have failed.

Agent Sol followed up the reports and questioned several of the witnesses. Most individuals only saw the man for less than

ten seconds before losing sight of him. The longest any person saw the man was for a minute, during which the man appeared

to be deep in thought.

Incident Report #3 – First Contact
Three days after the cordon had been erected, Agent Sol made first contact with the subject when he returned to examine the

impact site for additional clues. The subject was standing at the epicenter of the crater.

Agent Sol described the subject as a 6’ to 6’1” white male with silver hair that ended at just below his waist. The subject

had a single black feathered wing that extended from his right shoulder. Subject’s eyes are green, and appear to glow

slightly. Subject clothing was predominately black, with silver pauldrons attached to a long black coat. Several female

junior agents on scene described the subject as “very handsome”.

Agent Sol began to interview the subject. Subject maintained a polite and professional attitude, but appeared averse to

revealing any information about himself, often answering questions with his own. When asked, subject supplied Soefin as his

name.

After about five minutes of questioning, subject politely ended all conversation then appeared to dissolve away. Due to the

manner the subject ended the interview, it is speculated that the subject has some form of teleportation.

Subject has been given the code name One Winged Angel. Subject is wanted for additional questioning with regards to his

reason for visiting Earth.

Personality: Soefin maintains a professional demeanour around strangers. To his freinds he is freindly and has a dry sense

of humor. Those who don't know him mistake his confidence in his own abilities as arrogance.

Abilities:
Ability 1 – Celestial manipulation- He is able to use and manipulate the lifestream and it is how he is able to travel

through space and find other planets with sentient life. as such he can manipulate stars and space itself, though he rarely

uses these powers unless he is traveling from one galaxy to another, as such powers used in the wrong way could destroy the

planet. Soefin can also use this ability to manipulate the weather and is what makes it easier for him to fly.

Ability 2 – Weapon infusion- through his understanding of the lifestream he can infuse his weapon with any type energy

though typically he will just use pure energy. he can use his weapon to project said energy through the swings of his

sword.

Ability 3 –Motion manipulation- he has the ability to effect kinetic energy, to others it appears like he has time powers

but it isn't actual time manipulation. It is what allows him to fly it allows him to slow people down speed them up, and

allows his to change the amount of force with witch he imparts on an object with in line of sight.

Here I go. This is my attempt at this

Enhanced Thievery
Seismic Sense
Land Exposure

Jason Rider
Spoiler: show
Psy Co's Home for the Biologically Abnormal and Criminally Insane
Patient Report
Patient: 2509-2246
Psychiatrist documenting: Dr. Harleen Quinnzel
Date of Incarceration: October 29, 2006
Date of Release: November 17, 2011
Charges: Theft of valuables worth an estimated total of USD $60,000
Recommendation: Jason's unique skill set and power make me confident that Jason should be sent to the Agency as soon as possible.

Biological Information:

Birth name: Jason Rider
Sex: Male
Age: 21
Height: 72"
Weight: 140lbs.
Blood Type: O+
Skin Color: Tan
Racial Identity: Caucasian
Hair Color: Brown
Eye Color: Hazel
Hometown: Las Vegas, Nevada
Mental State before incarceration: Patient was confirmed to be a Kleptomaniac with signs of developing Nymphomania as well.
Mental State after incarceration: Patient is mentally stable but still shows slight signs of Kleptomania.
Primary Physician: Dr. Victor M. Frankenstein
Primary Psychiatrist; Dr. Harleen Quinn
Notes: Jason normally goes barefoot and was kept in a maximum security cell made from reinforced steel with a force field door to prevent him using his powers to escape.

Personality Profile:

Jason is a jovial young man who loves to laugh and sing. He hates it when others feel sad and will do almost anything to get them to feel better. During several interviews it was noted that his love of happiness stemmed from his father's death at the age of seven. His father was also a jovial man and Jason wanted his memory to stay alive and so became as jovial as his father was. However for all his kindness it is extremly inadvisable to anger him. Jason has proven time and again that if you anger him he will get revenge for it with interest. The most notable of these times was three month's into his stay here at Psy Co's. Jason was eating in the meal room with the rest of the patients when a large patient by the name of Rasquel started making trouble. This led to a large food fight where Jason's food was inadvertently used as ammunition. Three days later Rasquel went missing from his cell. He was found a few hours later in a hole twenty feet deep and sixteen feet across in a remote part of the exercise field. He reported that Jason had walked over to him and led him to the area of the field and dropped him down the hole earlier that day. When questioned Jason stated that he dug the hole in two days by using one of his powers. The last of the most notable personality traits that Jason has is that he is a (pardon my unprofessional language) smart-ass. Any attempt to speak with him that was not worded carefully was met with a sarcastic remark or a rude quip that left the speaker annoyed.

Biological Abnormalities: Jason has been noted to have three main abnormalities(henceforth refereed to as abilities or powers.). Below is a summary of each power and it capabilities along with its limitations.

Enhanced Thievery: Jason has demonstrated on numerous occasions to be a master thief. His abilities include the ability to turn invisible so long as he is fully immersed in a shadow or other dark area. Other abilities include an effortless mastery of disguise, a superhuman sense of balance, inhuman reflexes and manual dexterity, he is also shown to have agility on par with an Olympic gymnast. Other less obvious abilities include the ability to pickpocket the unaware without getting caught, and the ability to pick all but the most difficult of locks in seconds. It should be noted that while Jason is capable of moving with a larger amount of grace than what should be possible for a human, he is still only as fast as a normal human his age and height.

Seismic Sense: During his stay here Jason has been noted to have the ability to perceive the world around him by feeling the vibrations of the ground. With this Jason can detect structural faults in buildings, weaknesses in solid structures and the presence of creatures that move along the ground. However there are three limitations to this power. First is that with it Jason cannot sense targets that are airborne or underwater. Second Jason cannot see very well when sensing through sand or other loose materials and is more likely to get a better result by just looking than using this power. And third is that Jason must close his eyes when he uses this power. The first and only time he used this power with his eyes open resulted in Jason falling into a coma three seconds after activating the power. The reports stated that Jason suffered from sensory overload and severe brain hemorrhaging during the event and almost died several times while receiving treatment.

Land Exposure: The ability Jason used to dig the hole during the Rasquel incident. Jason has the ability to manipulate his body to where he can adapt to almost any biome. These adaptations include but are not limited to: Claws used for burrowing and tunneling, gills to allow one to breath underwater, and changing the efficiency of the lungs to absorb more oxygen from high altitudes. With this power Jason could conceivable live in any conditions save the vacuum of space. The only limitations found are that while it does work underwater this power takes longer to use and change back when Jason is submerged in water. The second limitation found was that Jason can take anywhere from fifteen minutes to a week to change back to his default form depending on the urgency of the transformation, and Jason cannot change back until he is out of the environment that he adapted to.

History: To be destroyed at desecration of Agency
