I don't think so. If you can gather enough people you might be able to convince Rigger to run two separate parties on the same campaign.

If MrRigger was willing (as I think he hinted at in the original post) and we could scrounge up 8-10 interested players, we could divide into groups of 4-5 based on schedule compatibility.

Why'd you move away from Hawaii anyway, Satori? I'm curious.

Looking at everyone's schedule, I think Saturday looks like the best bet. gman, what time would you be willing to start, and Kirai, what time would you would you be willing to end? Since you two seem to be on outlying edges of the timeline.

MrRigger

NINJA'D: Yeah, if we find that many players, I think I'd be up for that.

I kinda was. Everyone cool with that? If gman gets on at 1 PM GMT -7, that means we'd start about 9 or 10 PM for Kirai. Would you be willing to start that late, Kirai, or should we all beg and plead with gman to shift his schedule around purely for our own amusement? :psychotic:

Seriously though, Kirai, how late are you willing to stay up? I don't want to make you stay up until you see the sunrise, but I don't want to make gman get up at the crack of dawn either.

*checks schedule* Depending on how long the sessions last, I should be able to play too so long as they're less than 5 hours on Saturdays. Sundays are booked though.

Makes sense. Hope that's going well for you.

Now, I've got five people in, and three people who want in. If Jasruv, TK, and bookworm want to do a second group, and someone from the five who were already in wanted to slid over and join them, I'd have two groups of four. Or if there's someone else out there who hasn't spoken up yet and wants in (or if I just forgot someone), I could do a group of five and four. Maybe as much as five and five, but that's a whole mess of players to keep straight. I figure I'd run on alternate Saturdays, one for one group, the other group next week, and then back to the first, if this is what ends up happening. Or if anyone would be willing to do this in the first place.

Last time I played I usually stayed up till the crack of dawn, then went to bed(couch) and then drove home.

Or you know not. So I didn't sleep and drove home anyway.

Sounds like a plan to me Rigger.

So who from the other group wants to break off into the secondary group?

By the way, I'm planning on playing a Gold Dragon Shaman.

I don't have any problem with Dragon Shamans as a class, so get me your build when you get it set up.

Shouldn't we based the groups on role or timezone or something?

Yeah, I think this prevents me from breaking off into the secondary group, unless you guys want two golden draconic characters romping about. Though I will miss playing with TK.

You're just saying that because you'll miss out on the...particular and unique events that seem to happen when he plays. Are you still letting him near your wolf?

Just messin' around with you, TK.

I think this is the best idea. Depending on where Jasruv and bookworm are, it'll make all the difference. Going by my Skype contact list, this is what I have for timezones.

Greybane - GMT -5
gman391 - GMT -7
Jasruv - GMT -5
Wittgen - GMT -5
Kirai - GMT +2
Satori - GMT -10
Tempest Kitsune - GMT -7
MrRigger - GMT -5

Now, I know that this isn't necessarily what was posted in the thread, but it's what I had from the Skype list, so there. bookworm, where are you timezone-wise? And if you want to hit me up on Skype so I can contact you, I'd appreciate it.

Going by the time zones below, I think the most logical groups for schedule purposes (so we don't have people getting up at the crack of dawn or pulling all nighters) would be as follows:

Group one:
Kirai - Human Rogue
Greybane - Human Sorcerer/Dragon Disciple (gold)
Jasruv - ?
Wittgen - Half Orc Bard
MrRigger - DM

Group two:
bookworm702 - Human Favored Soul of Nerull?
gman391 - Human Unarmed Swordsage
Tempest Kitsune - Human Dragon Shaman (gold)
Satori - Azurin Incarnate/Necrocarnate
MrRigger

Though it means we likely wouldn't end up doing anything tomorrow game wise (unless people make up some really quick characters), I think this might work out for the better in the long run.

As for Group two, would you all be willing to work with someone who revers an evil god, but is not evil himself? I'm willing to bend the rules on "Favored Souls cannot be Neutral unless their deity is Neutral" as Complete Champion says in the flavor text that Nerull has Neutral members counted in his church.
