As a word of warning from someone who has already gotten their pika bike, max out your rivals and play consistantly or it will take forever.

Any and all of them. Pick a good mix, try to get the first four up to 15.

Intelligence and Fangirls are the most important, in my mind. Intelligence gives more fights per day, and Fangirls gives more experience per fight. Magic gives a bonus to your romps at level ten, and gives you more awesome per rival fight. Strength allows you to break ties, and Hotness gives you an XP boost for the ranking standings at the end of the day. It's really up to you.
