If that's the game I'm thinking of, current server won't let me view it, then I heard about it a while ago, apparently it's a remake. From the video I saw it looked awesome, as in worth getting for the premise alone.

Trust GW to make fun of itself, and us in the good ole USA with something like this. I'd get the game for the humor factor alone.
Also, I have to punch you, jgkitarel, because I spent a lot of time on the nanoha wiki trying to locate information on mages being trained due to being above a certain rank, only to remember and confirm that you were the one that came up with that. - Phht
