Runner's Profile: Rust

According to my sources, this elf runner is rumored to have started out in the Tír Na nÓg mystic circles. He follows one of the more eclectic traditions in that area (one of those Nature-shaman types) and was quite wiz at it too, according to some. So why would an elf of those high and mighty mystics be crazy enough to leave?
Well, some say that after someone close to Rust disappeared in very "odd" circumstances, he was "a person of interest". Others say that he slotted off some elf mage higher in the food chain and had to make a run for it. In any case, Rust learned to use multiple disguises (of a mystical bent) and turns out he was a natural at it. And he did this for several years without getting caught (though I suspect he had to have access to some high level pull to hide for that long).
Now you can see how this would be handy in the shadows. How the drek can someone find you if they are not even sure what you look like in the first place. Not to mention the how handy it would be to blend in and get to places that would not be easy if you had the wrong face (or race).
But now he has worked his way into the shadows here in Seattle. A bit strange if you ask me, to be far from home but you all know better than to ask too many questions about runners that show up here. But if you need a good disguise/infiltrator mage specialist...well it couldn't hurt to look him up.
