United Oil's big refining plant in Tacoma caught fire last night and fragging near burned to the ground. I could see the flames from my squat, and believe me it wasn't that close. They got the fire extinguished around 5am, but it looks like half the structure is toast.
No official word yet, but from all the Star and Franklin Fire Services vehicles still parked there this afternoon, it's a sure bet that arson is suspected.

Department of Paranormal Investigations. It's a seperate, elite division within the Star that handles cases where magic was used. One Shot's probably right, if he correctly IDed the uniform epaulets. These guys are rare and expensive, so they would be out there unless they were pretty certain magic was involved.
