No. Kojira has had no connection to NAra or Yamanaka techniques. It's simply that connecting to him with Yin/Yang Chakra is likely to backfire in a 'Rip around your innards or destroy your psyche' kind of way.

Anti, exactly how well would Itsuki know the workings of the jutsu that Kojira just used? I need to know in order to plan out his and the Council's next actions.

It's an area Genjutsu. It's on his profile at the wiki, but basically it warps the environment, creates bunshin of wanderers and confuses those who cancel the genjutsu by constantly popping in new clones after the illusion is canceled. Some of the stuff is real, some isn't. Shocking the ground (And the walls, and any surface within a 20-foot-radius) dispels environment illusion, but you still have wanderers.

If Itsuki pulls through, he'll be able to one-on-one Kojira. They're equal in Taijutsu, as far as I know.

Ah, alright. Tsukiko did ask if Kumiko could move on her own. Yes or no on that?

She can, but she won't.

In other words, she's not about to clean up this mess when it seems like the fools in Konoha are going to be able to do it for her. And if a few of them die on the way, so much the better, right?

Or she could move, it would just take a lot of energy, judging from what Anti's written that seems to be more likely.

I was kinda waiting for Itsuki to say something before I posted since you mentioned he knows it. That's why I've been idle BTW.

At the moment Itsuki is crouched in an out of the way alley down the road, not right next to the girls. So even if he were to say something, there's no one to hear him except for Urgit.

If you want, Kojira can be considered to have simply failed to target him with the genjutsu.

Since Kojira doesn't know how his latest creation works, would he have targeted the area around the Magma Dragon because that was the most likely place for Itsuki to be controlling it from?

No, the jutsu expanded from the steam cloud that he made, he was aiming the thing from the rooftops as the summons came in.

What would an Uchiha see when they looked at Kojira's genjutsu-doom thing?

The illusions are faint, but have little threads pointing out to the roof he's on, about a block away.

The wanderers are solid, but with apparently sluggish chakra flow and discolouration. There are no threads

The entire field looks like the lacework of a scroll was pasted to the ground. There is a large circle on the outlier that seems to be pulling in tiny amounts of white-green chakra from the air.

And now it's all covered with chakra-infused shards of pottery.

You knocked out the seal, so that cancelled the wanderer's ability to regenerate. They're out for the count.

Saw what? He was trying to take out the Wanderers with a damn big explosion is all. The seal was an unknown bonus.
