Right then, I'll take point and we can make a break for the exit. Everybody okay with that?

[Vael]

"Go ahead Shiki-san," Kai quickly replied, flinging one of his hands out and his kunai returned to him only to be sealed away quickly. "I'm right behind you."

[Phht]

"Sure we can't carve our own exit out? So the researchers have an easier time removing the big items later, you know?" Higure had an amused smile on his face. "I'm ready to leave when you guys are."

[Random_fan]

"I'm ready."

No, we can't go blowing holes in valuable archeological sites Illusionist-san.... that's kinda contrary to the goal. But, if we're all agreed... Let's go! *makes a beeline for the exit*

[Vael]

He grinned almost childishly as he followed Shiki out, "Told ya so!"

[Phht]

"Someone's going to wake up to a rabid animal in their pants. Whether it's genjutsu or not, they get to figure out." Higure follows behind the two.

"Now you did it Kai."

[Vael]

Kai's grin grew wider, "Not my fault I was right."

Who's right or not doesn't really matter.... look, there's the exit. Everybody out.

"Considering I was joking when I asked, who was right doesn't matter. Maybe ANBU needs a course on recognizing signs of humor? Though I guess your battalion doesn't need to know that to do their jobs." Higure strolled out the exit all casual-like.

[I think I've figured out what I actually want to do with Higure. Which likely means that he'll slip into the background for a while and I concentrate more on meta-stuff and wiki. His sensei will be so proud.

By exit, is that from the section we were clearing, or from the site entirely?]

Kai's grin never left his face, "You wound me Higure-san, I simply did what anyone would do. Take a joke and club it to oblivion."

Seemed like the mission was over, and Kai for one could not wait to get back to konoha and develop just what he had in mind.

[MEKristian]

(Let's say the exit to the site)

Yes, yes, everybody can argue later; now we leave, okay?

"Yeah you two lets go already."

[Vael]

"Sure thing," Kai follows with a yawn and a seemingly relaxed walk.

[MEKristian]

Then if everybody's out... *exits* Mission Complete. Just have to give in a report, but that can be done through the mail, so it's not really any hassle.

[Vael]

Kai sighs, walking out of the halls, "Man, I wish it was just that easy...stupid codes and regulations."

[MEKristian]

Hahaha... maybe so, but you do have to remember that these people sorely lack Ninja of any kind. The closest they've got are Twenty-two usually psychopathic men and women who know some advanced chakra abilities.... oh, and me, of course.

[Vael]

"Nah, I meant paperwork..." Kai sighed once more, getting a little depressed. "The boss wants a full report on the mission. I wish I was back in the academy."

[Phht]

"This is why you learn to write reports on your way back. That way you can just hand it in or read off it. Oh, and never be the mission leader. When the boss wants more information, they tend to hold that guy back while letting everyone else leave."

He considers the second part of what the chunin said. "Isn't most of an Academy instructor's job paperwork?"

[Vael]

Kai started chuckling quietly at Higure's words, the sounds slowly became louder and darker before he stopped and walked on like nothing happened, wiping a tear from his eye, "Ah, good times that."

[MEKristian]

Hmmm... It is nice that as somebody who has no official ties to any major organization, I don't have to do much report writing. At least you should get some good compensation for our haul; if you guys get any grief about it, feel free to mention it and I can handle the situation.

[Vael]

Kai grins, this time a friendly one, at Shiki, "Thanks for the offer, but my superiors would probably freak out if you show up." He remembered the sympathy that everyone showed when he was given the mission, his grin became a little evil, "And anyways, my co-workers need to learn a small lesson."

[I'm up for a little timeskip to Konoha unless somethin' important is going to happen on the way...how about you guys?]

[MEKristian]

Well, the offer stands...

(The only problem with skipping back to Konoha, is that Tiger and Dragon is taking place IN Konoha. We'll be back after it's already over, and thus can't guess at the damages that may have been done or the results of everything. So just jumping forward may create some problems. :T)

[Vael]

"I know, thanks."

[Well, I suppose it would be rude to pop up in the middle of the whole thi- wait, it's taking place before arrive, isn't it?]
