Pub/Bar for the Jounin and Special Jounin.
-Genin will be removed
-Chuunin will be strung up as an example.
-The bartender doesn't want blood on his floor.
-Never offer to buy Itsuki a drink

oog: serbii mentioned it already, but I thought the bit from my now erased bar thread adds a nice bit of flavor to the no violence rule.
It is well known that fighting or otherwise spilling blood in the bar is taboo, besides being considered very poor taste and complete jack*$$ery. Not to say that $%*^ never happens, but it's a good way to get thrown out on your *$$ very quickly no matter who you are and banned from the bar for a period of time. The span of which is determined by the owner(s), whoever they are.

Tatsumaru walks into the bar and sits down in front of the barkeep
"Barkeep, Sake please and keep them coming"
A shot glass is placed in front of him. Tatsumaru drinks it down. He needed this....
