Harry's Apparition

Harry's Apparition

I'm sorry if this has already been asked somewhere, or if it was even brought up in the text and I just missed it, but I haven't seen it anywhere so I decided to post my question.

In the very first chapter withing the first few paragraphs, Harry is shown to apparate directly into the Great Hall.

Was this evidence that harry like Dumbledore has learned to bypass the anti apparition within Hogwarts or is it simply that Hogwarts was so battered and beaten from the battle that had taken place, that the magic preventing apparition had been broken?

Hogwarts had been destroyed and the wards broken, so there was nothing preventing him from Apparating in.
