Team 8 for eBook

I've lurked for long enough.

I enjoy reading Team 8 over and over. I also got a Kindle for Christmas. This was bound to happen.

I compiled all the chapters of Team 8 into eBooks for your convenience. Author's Notes and Omakes were omitted. I also fixed a few grammatical and spelling errors in the first chapter.
