I wish I had the time to sketch. I did see my sketch book within the past month and the start of that 'Team 8' sketch was there I believe but it's since been buried by 'the move'.

I'd love to re-do my OotD sketch one day as well.

I've been working on a OoTD sketch, will post when it sucks less.

I'd love to see everyone else's!

Oh wow, your interpretation of Hikaru is awesome, and now I can see the uncanny (& creepy) similarities to Orochimaru. Asuka also looks spot on, but I always thought she was slightly taller (at least neck-length to Hikaru). All the same, good stuff.

I thank you for your kind words~ I'm not too sure about Asuka's age, so I assumed that she was around 8 to 9 years? I was really really short and petite when I was that age, so..... Hikaru is ten if I'm not wrong, there are already boys with 1.4 metres height at ten, so his height shouldn't be too unusual. I'm having trouble with their clothes though, not sure about the kind of tunic they're wearing.

And really, I enjoy drawing that expression on Hikaru in that fancomic! Ahh... kids. (^ q ^)/

The relative heights look about right - at least for now. Nice work!

Ta-Dah! That's how I envision Hikari (with a bit more sun). As for the apologetic expression...I was thinking of his one of many foot-in-mouth blunders with Asuka. I know his wardrobe's a forest of black and green, but really, that would look so drab with his hair so I took some creative liberties (hope you don't mind).

Can't wait till you're finished Team 8 so that you may refocus your attentions to OotD. *million watt smile*

Sorry it's a bit messy, but believe me, coloring's a world of pain using a mouse - especially since I drew the original on lined paper. Yeah, I don't know what's wrong with me either.
Hope you folks like! I took some creative liberties with the Ichiraku's take-out concept from Team 8. And the clan shirt - Sasuke shouldn't be the only one toting around his one-man clan pride.

by the way? Someone needs to draw a pic of Hikaru's expression when he's tearing into the seal "Master" that wanted to cheat him out of freely producing tags after his wife insulted Naruto and by extension the rest of his family. With an angry dragon silhouette in the background outlining Hikaru.

Because, yeah, resemblance to Oro due to lack of sunlight... kid doesn't have a snake. HE HAS A DRAGON. We also need to have him breathe fire and stuff soon. Or do a Dragon Punch.

Well, it would be appropriate, especially since dragons think falcons would make a nice snack.
