Truth Embodiment Huh.
Darkness Embodiment Dude, what even--
Ms. Messiah/Ms. Hopeless: possibly the worst case of MPD ever.
Spoiler: show
Let me tell you a joke.
There once was a psychiatrist who had twin daughters. Molly was an incurable optimist, Kiera an incurable cynic. Molly always saw the best in people, Kiera always the worst. One day--
--they were caught in the crossfire of a hero/villain battle and shoved into the same body, simultaneously manifesting the powers of truth and darkness, and the combining of their bodies alongside superhuman energy gave their blood healing properties. Wait, you don't find that funny? Who would have thought.
We were given our powers for a reason.
Shut up Messiah. You just can't see the Truth of the matter.
***
Molly and Kiera Grey now live in the same body, which takes on a slightly different appearance depending on which twin is in charge at the time. Molly (Ms. Messiah) tends to glow white, whilst Kiera (Ms. Hopeless) simply becomes a shadow. On a sidenote, both twins were named by the other.
Despite the twins having different powers, both have some access to the abilities of the other whilst being "in charge". Ms. Messiah loves to help people and uses her powers to guide them to bettering themselves and making the right choices in life, as well as being able to see through all lies - but she can manifest darkness, although she tends to do this to enable people to confront the darkness in their hearts better.
Ms. Hopeless, meanwhile, believes the fundamental Truth of human nature is that all humans are bastards and just waiting for the right opportunity to screw someone over. She manipulates emotions to make people realise this distorted 'Truth', as well as the 'Truth' of the futility and meaninglessness of their own existence. These 'Truths' are made more convincing by taping into Ms. Messiah's powers but not showing the whole picture. Like Ms. Messiah, Ms. Hopeless cannot be lied to. Unlike Ms. Messiah, she tends to take attempts... badly. She has driven multiple people to suicide.
The twins currently have no affiliation to any organisation, since depending on affiliation, the organisation would want to suppress/destroy one of the twins - and whatever else has happened, the two are twin sisters and do care for one another.

Let's try again.
Killing Instinct
Velocity Manipulation
Law Creation
The Game Master (thread needed more geriatric villainesses)
Spoiler: show
Real Name: Unknown
Gender: Female
Age: 60s [exact age unknown]
Affiliations: Unknown/No one who is good news
Would you like to play a game, dear? Hee hee hee...
Game over! [If you hear this, death is normally imminent.]
No one is quite sure where the Game Master comes from. What is known, however, is that she has an uncontrollable desire to kill - just for the hell of it. Once she has chosen a victim, the chances of them escaping are unlikely at best. For a period after choosing a victim (which can be anything from days to months, depending on how quickly she gets bored), Game Master will create unbreakable Laws which they must follow to win the 'game' and walk free. Needless to say, the odds are not stacked in their favour. Only a few individuals have ever escaped due to the Game Master's tendency to create new Laws when the Game seems to be going well for her victim. Survivors show, however, that she does have some twisted sense of 'honour', in that she will allow people to walk free if she feels they have 'beaten' her. Furthermore, she appears to follow her own rules within each game, although it is unclear if this is by choice or due to the nature of her powers.
The Game Master rarely uses her velocity manipulation abilities except for travel, believing that they take the challenge out of her games. However, she is very capable and has used them to escape heroes who attempt capture. Things aren't helped by the fact that she appears to look just like any kindly old grandma, meaning that people unaware of her true nature tend to make things difficult for those who try.
Due to her volatile nature, the Game Master is rarely involved with any group of villains, the last case being some years ago. In that case, half of the villains were killed when she got bored of the work.
